Another Way to help fund some much needed repairs and replacements of existing equipment.
Guidelines:
- All
items posted are donations from our club members and in some cases from
the club.
- The
proceeds from the sales go 100% to the Milton Club to be used for repairs
or replacement of needed equipment.
- When
a listed item is sold, the donor will be notified and asked to deliver it
to club’s temporary drop off/pick-up area. Then the buyer will be notified
and asked to come in to the drop off/pick-up area, inspect the item, pay
the bar-maid and take it to its new home.
- Members
who wish to donate an item may obtain and fill out a donation card from
one of the White Elephant binders and deposit it in the drop box located
in the pick-up area.
- Members
who wish to purchase an item may obtain and fill out a buyer card from one
of the White Elephant binders and deposit it in the drop box located in
the pick-up area.
- In
addition to maintaining two binders of items for sale at the club (for
those without internet), all items will also be posted online.
- Members
and non-members who wish to purchase an item from our Internet listings
may contact me with the Item Number and we will work out the details.
